We currently deliver orders all over Egypt.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Customized orders may require additional preparation time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery Information

Please make sure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

If the courier is unable to deliver the order because the provided information is incorrect or the customer cannot be reached, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Keepio is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will do our best to assist you in following up on the shipment.
